This morning had a meeting; not a great many out, it being cold and damp weather. Had a good meeting, spoke on the persecutions we have to endure for the gospel’s sake; had a good flow of the spirit, took a vote that I should try and hire a good house for us to hold our meetings in on Sundays, as our old house is not fit for a horse stable. Administered to a sister who has been sick a long time before she came into the church, also Br. Uaua, who has a sore foot. They, as a people, have great faith; a great deal of sickness about the town.
